1. Overview

At YourFriendsHouseCo, we value your satisfaction with your trading card game (TCG) purchases. This refund policy has been designed to ensure fair and transparent processes when handling refund requests.

2. Sealed Products

2.1 Unopened Products

  • Sealed products (booster packs, boxes, starter decks, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they remain factory sealed and in their original condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

2.2 Opened Products

  • Due to the nature of TCG products and the randomization of cards within packs, we cannot accept returns for opened sealed products except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of purchase with photographic evidence.

3. Single Cards

3.1 Condition Discrepancies

  • If you receive a single card that differs significantly from the described condition, you may request a refund within 5 days of receipt.
  • Photo evidence of the condition discrepancy is required.
  • Cards must be returned in the same condition as received, in appropriate protective sleeves.

3.2 Incorrect Cards

  • If you receive an incorrect card, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
  • We will either replace the card with the correct one or issue a full refund.

3.3 Market Value Fluctuations

  • Refunds will not be issued due to market value fluctuations of cards after purchase.

4. Tournament Entry Fees

  • Tournament entry fees are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the event.
  • If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you may receive store credit for the entry fee.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a tournament, you will be offered a full refund or the option to apply your entry fee to the rescheduled event.

5. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Cards opened from sealed products that did not contain the desired cards
  • Changed mind about a purchase after opening sealed products
  • Claims made outside the specified timeframes in this policy
  • Products damaged after leaving our store
  • Products that have been altered, played with, or otherwise used

6. Refund Process
